Warranty Policy

At Mobpicker.eu, we sell only original manufacturer products.
Your invoice serves as the official warranty certificate and is valid at authorized manufacturer service centers within your country.
This ensures all warranty repairs are handled by certified technicians using genuine spare parts.


Standard Warranty Period

  • Consumers (individual customers): 24 months

  • Business customers (companies/legal entities): 12 months

The warranty period begins on the delivery date.


What Is Covered?

✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Technical malfunctions (e.g., screen failure, faulty battery, hardware issues)
✔ Material defects
✔ Replacement or repair using official parts


What Is Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, aging)
❌ Accidental damage (drops, water damage, misuse)
❌ Unauthorized repairs or tampering
❌ Third-party software or user-installed apps
❌ Batteries beyond the manufacturer's natural lifespan


Warranty Services

🔧 Repair — performed by authorized technicians using original parts
🔄 Replacement — offered if repair is not possible
💰 Refund — issued if neither repair nor replacement can be performed (full or partial, depending on condition)


Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. You may:

  • Send the product at your own expense
    or

  • Personally deliver it to the nearest authorized service center (address provided after case evaluation)


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Send an email to: info@mobpicker.eu

  2. Include:

    • Description of the defect

    • Photos or videos

    • Invoice number

  3. We will evaluate your case and provide:

    • The nearest authorized service center address

  4. After inspection, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

    • repair,

    • replacement,

    • or refund
      will be carried out according to warranty rules.


Exceptions

  • Refurbished products: 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Pre-owned items may have different warranty terms (indicated on product page).


Authorized Repairs Only

Warranty is valid only if repairs are done at authorized manufacturer service centers.

👉 Any repair by unauthorized technicians voids the warranty.
