Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at:

Please send a clear statement requesting withdrawal (e.g., an email).
You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

  • Extra delivery costs (e.g., express courier chosen by the customer) are not refunded.

  • Refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

  • Refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the goods back, or

  • you provide proof that the goods have been sent back,
    whichever comes first.

Return Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
