Mobpicker.eu accepts payments in the following currencies:

Card / Google Pay / Apple Pay / Stripe:
All card-based payments are processed in EUR. If your card is in another currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount using its exchange rate.

Bank transfer:
Customers may pay by bank transfer in any of the currencies listed above. If the transfer is made in a currency other than EUR, the payable amount will be converted using the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rate on the payment date. Please include your order number in the transfer details. Any bank fees must be covered by the customer.

We accept EUR (€) and PLN (zł).

4. Delivery

  • Delivery across the EU (except Cyprus)

  • Delivery to address or parcel locker: 8.00 EUR + VAT.
    The final VAT-included shipping price is calculated according to the destination country’s VAT rate.
    No delivery to Cyprus.

  • Free delivery on orders over 500 EUR

  • Standard delivery time: 7–10 business days

  • Orders processed: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories included

All products are 100% original and include:

  • 12-month warranty for businesses
