1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment

At Mobpicker.eu, you may cancel your order any time before it has been handed over to the courier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the product in accordance with our return policy and your 14-day right of withdrawal.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please send an email to:

Include the following details:

  • Full name

  • Invoice number

  • Payment method

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Confirm the cancellation (if the order has not yet been dispatched), and

  2. If payment was already made, initiate the refund process.

2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Free Returns

All return shipping costs within the 14-day withdrawal period are fully covered by Mobpicker.eu.

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Send an email to info@mobpicker.eu including:

    • Full name

    • Invoice number

    • Payment method

    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. We will provide:

    • The nearest warehouse return address or

    • A prepaid return label

  3. Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and hand the parcel to the designated courier / drop-off point.

  4. Send us the tracking number of your return shipment.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Full refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.

  • Processing time:

    • Inspection of the returned goods: up to 2 business days

    • Bank / payment provider processing: approx. 2–10 business days

Partial Refunds

If the returned item:

  • is damaged,

  • missing accessories or parts, or

  • shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning,

we may issue a partial refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
